The Reporting & Performance team provide support, detailed reporting and analysis to help continuously improve operational performance. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of this team as a Reporting & Performance Manager

What you'll do:
    Create and support analysts in producing considered analysis. Articulate findings and suggestions for improvement to key and senior stakeholders through various communication methodsDotted line management and development of the Analyst team, including workstack prioritisation and upskillingBuild and maintain strong relationships with StakeholdersWork efficiently on multiple workstreams and deliver against tight timescalesCollaborate on projects with the wider team to deliver new and innovative reporting solutionsCover and support for team manager and controller workload
What you'll bring:
    Experience in all Microsoft Software essential, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel (specifically pivot tables & formulas) as well as. SQL VBA and Speech Miner experience is desirable but not essentialForward thinking leader with Experience or skill in people management (dotted line acceptable). Able to motivate and support colleagues.Highly organised and able to manage and deliver collaborative and time sensitive projectsExperience in all Microsoft Software essential, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel (specifically pivot tables & formulas). VBA, Basic SQL and Speech Miner experience is desirable but not essentialConfident communicator with experience building relationships and trust with stakeholdersSelf motivated, comfortable working remotely and as part of a team
