We are looking for an approachable and dedicated HR Benefits Coordinator to join our UK HR team at Omnicom Health Group (OHG), a network within the DAS division of Omnicom.
This is a part-time and permanent contract. The working hours are 20 per week (35 hours FTE) with the candidate choosing to either work 5 hours daily across 4 days, or 4 hours daily across 5 days a week.
This is a newly created role aiming at consolidating the administration of all employee benefits across the UK Agencies of OHG. We are looking for someone with either a HR Generalist or HR Payroll background and prior experience of managing employee benefits. As our Agencies have different local benefits, the successful candidate needs to have the ability to multi-task in a complex working environment with accuracy and proficiency.
Our UK HR Business Partner team currently consists of eleven employees mostly in London and Cheshire. Although we give HR service to different networks, we are a close-knit team who look after each other and love collaboration!
