This payroll job is based within a short commute of Belper, Ilkeston, Derby and Ashbourne and is focused on processing payrolls for a variety of businesses, managing a portfolio of payroll clients and also managing the auto enrolment process for clients that are staging/have staged.
This role can be hired part time OR full-time, is largely office based and the salary will depend upon experience. Working from home the odd day per week could be a possibility, once the new hire has completed training on the firm's systems.
You will work from an impressive, modern office facility in a firm that have good staff retention and usually only recruit due to growth. Salaries will be dependent upon experience & qualification.
Role
Payroll - Running a bureau of clients' payroll and working with the firm's management to add value, broaden the service and ensure it as of the highest quality at all times.
Training and communicating with clients using all software named above including being first point of contact for all payroll queries and other matters as relevant
Managing client's expectations over timings, chasing for information etc.
Raising invoices where applicable. Monitoring fees and costs/recoveries
