Compliance Officer (Quality Assurance) - Part-Time

Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Hours: Approx. 21 hours per week (flexible)

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Our highly reputable client, based in central Bournemouth, is looking for a part-time Compliance Officer to join their team of industry specialists. As the Compliance officer you will join our client on a part time, permanent basis, working 21 hours over 3-5 days per week; Working hours to be agreed between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

In return, you will receive a basic annual salary of GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 (pro-rata) depending on experience, as well as fantastic Company benefits including:

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct quality call monitoring in line with Call Monitoring Standards
Ensure customers are treated fairly and internal processes are being followed.
Ensure product, process and market knowledge is accurate and up to date
Keep clear audit trails
Monitor Compliance Call Backs
Complete Ad-Hoc investigationsComplaints

Dealing with Customer Complaints in line with company processes and regulatory requirements.Performance Management

Demonstrate adherence to Regulatory requirements, company processes & guidelines and best practice and promote this across the business
Conduct face to face feedback, to promote a standard of excellence in call handling

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have:

Experience in an FCA regulated environment
Experience in delivering feedback
An understanding of operational risks and controls
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
Competent Microsoft Office skills
Efficient organisational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Ability to technically and critically review internal and external communications to eliminate risk.
