ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate Omnichannel Manager role contains a strong technical element, working very closely with brand marketing teams, medical, customer facing leads and digital champions across the business.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Delivery of HCP channel and content strategy in line with {Above Brand/ Business Unit} operating plan
  • To be an integral member brand marketing and cross functional teams, driving execution of digital, advising and providing input into the development of brand operational plans
  • Campaign management and performance; using analytics tools such as Google and Adobe to map customer journeys and provide insight to support future roadmap
  • Expand e-Permissions and Pfizer Pro registration rates using SEO. Ensure retention of active customers.
  • Support and drive evolution of Pfizer Pro Hub
  • Develop relationships with key internal stakeholder to improve customer journeys and experiences e.g. Customer Contact Centre, medical information.
  • Lead external user groups with key stakeholders to improve customer interactions across channels and investigate co-creation opportunities.
  • Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team, ensuring projects requirements are delivered within established timescales and on budget.
  • Management of agencies and third-party suppliers, including DME.
  • Support brand teams and medical to simplify and navigate digital innovation.
  • Champion Digital across the business to ensure it is considered and used effectively.
  • Communicate channel and platform content/functionality updates.
  • Maintain high compliance standards across omnichannel assets in line with Future of Content policy and guidelines and APBI Code of Practice.


Remit:

  • Lead initiatives and apply analytical skills to maximise revenues across the {Above Brand/ Business Unit} portfolio, through improved engagement with HCP in both the NHS and private market.
  • Demonstrate an omni-channel mindset and a strong change management approach to win hearts and minds and accelerate digital uptake across the BU.
  • Create and deploy communications for brand specific & above-brand digital initiatives to assist with awareness and buy-in to digital across the business and within the field.
  • Use experience in developing and managing integrated digital campaigns in an omni-channel environment.
  • Apply an astute eye for detail to manage and optimise our digital activities, ensuring we generate timely and engaging content to drive engagement.
  • Utilise expertise and understanding of the importance of customer experience - track customer journeys across channels and platforms, delivering an unfragmented and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints to improve online interactions.
  • Apply a strong comprehension of email, content, UX, search, PPC, paid social, video and Omnichannel marketing.
  • Apply understanding of the importance of data analytics and be able to translate into actionable insight to support future developments.
  • Use a thorough comprehension of CANVAS platform to support the creation and deployment of content across Pfizer channels.
  • Working and multi-tasking under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narrative quickly and clearly and use personal initiative.
  • Have a strong comprehension of compliance with relevant internal and external (e.g., Global SOP relating to promotion, ABPI Code of Practice, Future of Content) policy and procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate or Graduate equivalent
  • Marketing background
  • Strong project management skills
  • Must have excellent organizational skills/ ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English Language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree preferred
  • Multi-channel marketing experience
  • Understanding of measurement and metrics; SEO; website strategy and social media
  • Strategic thinking capability
  • Negotiation skills - internal and external
  • Knowledge of UK healthcare system
  • Experience of working within the ABPI Code of Practice framework
