Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

As a senior project manager, you will

  • Accountable for the safe delivery of work that meets the project requirements, customer satisfaction, SHEQ standards, and in accordance with Morgan Sindall and Sellafield standards.
  • Successfully deliver multiple projects to customer satisfaction and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.
  • Accountable for accurate and timely project reporting, forecasting and delivery to schedule, including Earned Value Management.
  • Responsible for reporting project status to senior Morgan Sindall Management Team.
  • Accountable for the delivery of complex supply chain packages.
  • Management of senior stakeholders and Regulatory bodies.
  • Accountable for the management of change within the project in line with the NEC 3 Contract


  • Have an awareness and understanding of the Sellafield Limited processes and procedures within the customer service areas.
  • Have experience of working on large civil and electrical engineering projects.
  • Have sound knowledge of the construction/civil/electrical engineering industry.
  • Lead a multi-disciplined integrated project team based across a number of geographical locations.
  • Experience of working on electrical distribution networks.
  • Must hold APMQ or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline. 
  • An awareness of the issues and processes within a highly regulated area of operations and a sound knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Experienced in electrical biased projects.
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to work and an appreciation of responsibilities for both customer and contract requirements and needs.
  • Must be able to demonstrate and provide evidence that they have the appropriate background clearances for working in a highly regulated environment.


Our work focuses on delivering non-nuclear infrastructure activities in a nuclear environment both for civil and military customers.
