Part Time Working 4 hours Per Day Monday to Friday
My client is a successful organisation based in the Kirkcaldy area. They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be working on a part time basis, ideally 4 hours per day Monday to Friday although flexibility can be provided depending on preference.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensure that Purchase Ledger is accurately maintained and process deadlines are met.
Ensure that suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed terms & conditions.
Resolving queries both internally and externally in a professional, efficient and organised manner.
Maintain good internal control with respect to purchase ledger procedures, including that costs are agreed by appropriate signatories and coded correctly.To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:
Previous purchase ledger experience
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Confident IT skills including MS Excel and financial software
Able to use initiative, problem solve, complete own workload and work as part of a team
