Are you an experienced Customer Support Executive with great phone-based customer support experience? This well established and highly regarded IT Software Platform based near St Albans have a truly amazing opportunity with the chance to become a real core part of the organisation
The position is part home-based and therefore the successful applicant should live within commuting distance of St Albans, Hatfield or Hertford (Hertfordshire). The role is working 3 days of which 1-2 days a week will be at home
Working within a vibrant customer support division of the well-regarded software platform, you will be working across established key accounts to provide excellent phone-based Customer support experience
Tasks include:
?? Respond to queries from their established clients
?? Work with the Marketing Division to provide regular communication to key clients about updates
?? Help with onboarding new clients
?? Gain customer feedback
The successful Customer Support Executive will have an excellent telephone manner, great customer support experience and ideally (but not essentially) previous experience using Zendesk

GBP25K Full-Time equivalent salary (equates to GBP15K for the 3 days)
