Working hours are 7.5 hrs per day, 3 days a week, Mon-Wed.

The role will involve creating Safety Data Sheet (SDS) via accurate data entry using bespoke software and information provided from internal teams.

Receive Safety Data Sheet (SDS) request from department supervisor, via email form, and create SDS in specific SDS authoring software. Safety Data Sheet (SDS) are provided when materials (experimental formula ) are moved from one site to another - identifies any hazardous risk information. Provide status updates within team and to customers. Create report downloads from SDS authoring software.

This role is highly procedure focused and the successful candidate will need to adhere to a 100% completion accuracy.

Specific Tasks:

Updating the bespoke database fields with information supplied by the partner teams
Maintaining a high level of data accuracy
Generate & distribute reports from SDS authoring software
Create 'new records' for team, within SDS authoring software.
Create SDSs for 'supplier SDS re-authoring' requests
Create SDSs for 'NA Beauty care finished product' requests
Support SDS authoring team with occasional sporadic SDS and administrational tasks

Desirable experience:

Administering Databases, Data management and manipulation
Work independently on tasks /milestones with guidance as and when required
Strong communication skills, confident picking up the phone and asking direct questions
Ability to follow detailed, step-by-step procedures.
Ability to operate with discipline and at the correct high level of detail to ensure quality
Experience / good digital skills of 0365 Tools (Word, Excel, Share-point)

Experience/Qualifications

Self-motivated
High school (or above) graduate with ability to work both from home & in office (COVID guidelines permitting) for 3 days per week.
