Hours: 16 pw Mon plus one other day (flexible)
This is an exciting opportunity for a part time experienced Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to join a growing family run engineering business based on the Enterprise Zone in Swansea. Monday and other day can be flexible. Immediate start.
The role
• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Data processing and reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation
• Maintaining financial records
• Keeping excel spreadsheets and other records.
In addition to the tasks described above, you may be expected to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
What you'll need to succeed
* Most of the work will be on Sage, so experience in this accounting system is essential.
* Confident with reconciliation skills
* Experience with payroll & invoice admin is beneficial.
* Own transport is an advantage due to location.
