Part-time Payroll Assistant
We are looking for an Experienced Payroll Assistant to work Part-time hours over 3 or 4 days as desired.
Excellent facilities and team environment.
Payroll creation and processing expereince is essential to this key Role.
Dealing with HMRC data requests.
Time & Attendance reporting.
Update associated systems. Required / Essential Qualifications, Experience and Attributes -
Detailed, conscientious approach, respecting the confidentiality of data handled.
Hands-on working mentality but comfortable interacting at management level.
Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and ambition to be part of a successful team.
Courage and curiosity to challenge (critical thinker), results-focused.
Drive, Determination and Resilience and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
A flexible approach to work in line with business requirements
Excellent communication skills including fluency in English (both written and oral)
Desirable qualifications and experience
Excellence in the use of MS office products
Experience of implementing and using SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage
Budgeting, cost control and knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in working in an organization spanning multiple geographies and cultures
