1-1 Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our client's award-winning, family run business, specialising in luxury home and garden furniture. The ideal candidate will take over the running of the prestigious showroom. Working independently, the Showroom Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the showroom, upholding standards and ensuring that each customer enjoys a 5-star experience. This is a full-time permanent position, working 5 days per week. Working hours are Monday - Saturday (excluding Wednesay and 1 other day in the week ideally) 10.00am - 5.00pm, and Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm. Part-time hours would also be considered, this business need the right person to sell their goods and provide a good impression to their customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting to and working with the Regional showroom manager
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Managing an end to end sales process
• Keeping an in depth knowledge of all products
• Upselling key items to customers
• Resolving customer queries and issues
• Opening and closing the showroom 6-days a week
• Keeping in communication with head office
• Liaising with key stakeholders within the business
• Tracking and reporting the showroom's sales figures
• Managing the showroom's space and visual merchandising

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience managing a store independently
• Luxury sales experience
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
