Fabulous opportunity to work for this well established business that has been run by different generations of the same family for over 100 years.
We are looking for an accomplished Payroll person to join the friendly and relaxed finance team! This it to cover a Maternity Leave until February 2023.
Ideally they are looking for someone who can work around 30 hours per week but will try to be flexible if you have childcare to work around.
The role is predominately Payroll, however, there are some basic HR duties too as follows:
* Process weekly and monthly payroll using Sage50
* Send BACS payments to employees
* Prepare journals on Excel then onto Access
* Dealing with payroll queries
* Manage sickness and holiday records
* Process leavers and P45s
* Process payments to HMRC for PAYE etc
* Process monthly CIS submissions through HMRC website
* Use Sage reports to set up monthly pension payments
* Manage Employee Company Loans
* Manage and pay charitable donations and union payments
* Process and submit P11D's
There is an opportunity to some Working From Home once you've been fully trained.
Salary is GBP27000 pro-rated.
