East Anglian Air Ambulance has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Coordinator to join our life-saving charity.
Payroll Coordinator
Location: Norwich
Salary range: GBP19,535 - GBP25,872 per annum (FT salary, pro rata for part time)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (three days a week)
This position will report to the Financial Controller and will be an integral part of the wider Finance Team. You will take the lead on administering the payroll function with timely and accurate execution of all tasks, be the key liaison with HR and point of contact for any payroll queries across the charity.
Using your experience of working within a Payroll function, working knowledge of payroll software and excellent problem-solving skills you will look at ways to improve payroll efficiency within the charity. You will work with the Financial Controller to introduce an in-house payroll function, running the new payroll and being responsible for statutory reporting and RTI requirements.
