Are you an experienced and passionate HR Manager looking for part time work in Luton? If so we have a corporate client currently seeking a HR Manager to working in their team at Luton for just 2 days a week!
The Company
Our client provides an integrated approach offering a range of services to commercial construction contractors and private developers.
They give a fully integrated service to their customers providing support from conception through to construction whilst trying to be the most cost effective option again their competitors.
The Role
Ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment process including management of agencies
Handle any form of disciplinary or grievances
Manage and train the HR team including work reviews
Ensuring the company is complying with legislation procedures and meeting employment regulations by interacting with all departments
Conduct file audits
Carry out HR meetings
What's required?
CIPD Qualified
Experience as HR Manager within Construction/ House Building sector
Previous HR Manager experience
Comfortable working within a large company
Confident working with multiple departments across the company
A passion for providing the human resources team and all employees with the support they require
