Job Title: Data Entry Administrator
Location: Homebased
Salary: up to GBP19,000 pro rata
Working Pattern: Part Time, 25.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (working days are negotiable)
Blue Sky Fostering has an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to join the team. This position is a part time, homebased role.

BSN Social Care is the parent company of Blue Sky Fostering.
Blue Sky Fostering is an established Independent Fostering Agency, operating across the south of England, to provide foster placements to children and young people. We have been rated 'Outstanding' for four consecutive inspections since 2008.
We provide a number of different services including mainstream fostering for children aged 0-18 and Parent and Child Placements. We also have an established and well regarded Therapeutic Led Care (TLC) service where our team of experienced clinical practitioners work alongside specialist foster carers to provide therapeutic care to children to prevent them moving to residential care.
Our ethos is to provide the best service possible for children, and for all children placed with us to achieve their full potential. We work hard to ensure children experience love, care, nurture and stability with our carers.
The Role
Blue Sky Fostering has a brilliant opportunity for a proactive, skilled, and organised individual to join the team as a Data Entry Administrator.
We are looking for a dedicated and dependable individual to support the Placements Team with the entry of accurate information onto the agencies database. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for gathering key information on referrals of young people as well as completing the data entry of this on to the database in a timely manner.
The Data Entry Administrator will also be responsible for inputting data efficiently and effectively to enable the management team to produce detailed reports. You will also be responsible for providing regular updates, business issues and placement trends to the management team on a regular basis.
What we're looking for
To apply for this position, it is essential you:
* 5 A-C (or equivalent) GCSE's, including Maths and English
* High level of confidence with IT systems
* Have experience of utilising a range of IT programmes and maintaining database systems
* Experience of Client management Systems/data-base entry
* Ability to work to deadlines and on multiple projects at one time
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Self-motivated, able to work under minimal supervision to make decisions and act on own initiative.
