About the Team
Our Team is responsible for improving ways of working by optimising and utilising our SaaS metrics. We oversee the financial performance of the business through driving a commercial view of our SaaS metrics. We take SaaS economics and use these to deliver results in performance and customer profitability to our organisation.

About the role
As a Commercial Data Analyst, you will take ownership for the measurement and continuous improvement of customer success. You will work with stakeholders to ensure that all go-to-market activities are aligned to our customer and commercial outcomes. You will collaborate with all supporting functions, teams and across customer touch-points to ensure we deliver flawlessly.

As a Commercial Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to create data-driven marketing plans that drive higher sales
• Turning in-depth analysis into product requirements and commercial insights that support business growth
• Supporting the development, execution and measurement of customer journeys and outcomes
• Helping to build robust and precise financial budgets and forecasts for the business.
• Assisting in the creation of our plans and communicating their performance across specified touch-points and customer journeys

Requirements (Skills/Experience)
To be successful in this role you will:
• Be numerically solid with the ability to create and interpret financial and sales information
• Enjoy collaborating with team members in a busy environment to help support, drive results and deliver goals
• Demonstrate experience in customer and commercial planning and development
• Have an impressive track record of building growth strategies and plans based on data and insight
• Enjoy working with customers to understand their needs and priorities and provide an exceptional service
• Have excellent organisational skills and experience of leading and delivering successful projects or initiatives
• Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders and teams

Flexible Working
The following flexible working patterns will work for this role
• Working remotely from home or any other work location (up to 4 days a week)
• Working flexible hours - flexing the times you work in the day
• Working a minimum of 4 days a week
• Reducing the time you work during the day
• Working 3 days a week in a job share arrangement
