We are looking for a top private PA to assist 2 chairmen who are founders of a very successful media company based in West London. This is a permanent, part-time role of 25 hours per week. You would work both remotely, out of the office and frequently out of their homes where necessary.

Duties will include:

• Managing the diary of 2 very high powered, busy individuals
• Assisting with family holidays
• Assisting with the running of 2 households
• Bookkeeping and keeping on top of expenses
• General assistance with personal assistance
• Some business assistance where necessary

You must have

• Excellent verbal and written English
• A high level of numeracy
• Prior experience within the media sector
• At least 5 years in a similar role
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently
• A think skin
