Part Time Sales Support Assistant

Harrow, Middlesex

GBP12.50 ph + Pension

A bright and enthusiastic Part Time Sales Support Assistant is required to join a dynamic local organisation and provide support to their sales team.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing administrative and customer service support for the Sales & Estimating team.

- Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with a wide range client queries

- Downloading sales enquiries received on computer system and forwarding to sales team to review

- Generating electronic enquiries received and forwarding to estimating team for costing

- Sending out sample products to clients when asked by sales team and recording on clients account

- Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, tenders and presentation material
