Part-time Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator
Burgess Hill
Up to 29k FTE depending on experience
3 days a week (24 hours)
Key responsibilities:
Support D&I Manager with the delivery of D&I projects
Support diversity champions/ employee networks/diversity committees with D&I best practice/ideas and events
Write/draft DEI communications internally and externally collaborating with comms managers (ensuring comms managers are up to date on BA D&I initiatives, calendar of events and supporting increase in social media presence on D&I)
Responsible for developing and updating of internal and external D&I websites
Assist with D&I events and awareness campaigns
Manage D&I webinars/training/speakers and collate and analyse feedback
Review and monitor diversity analytics to understand and track performance against targets
Manage D&I learning on learning link
Support day to day requests and administration
Skill/Knowledge/Experience:
*Passion for driving inclusion in a global workplace
*Awareness of or interest in diversity & inclusion beyond own country
*Well organized with the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
*Action orientated, plans ahead and takes ownership
*Positive mindset, being solution driven and forward thinking
*Open and curious to learn new things
*Ability to analyse and draw insights from HR data
*Ability to work independently, whilst also being able to judge when additional support is required
*Team player with good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
*Fluent English verbal and written communication
*Strong Microsoft office software skills in particular PowerPoint
*Social media competent
