We are currently seeking a Customer & Sales Advisor for our showroom based in Kingston Upon Thames.
This is a part time role, working 21 hours per week. Shift pattern to be confirmed but will require the occasional weekend availability.
As a Customer & Sales Advisor your responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers and delivering excellent customer service.
Demonstrating our beautiful home fitted furniture
Maintaining high showroom presentation standards
Booking appointments for customers
Helping the store achieve its targets
There is no direct selling involved, as the role of our showroom team is to be our brand ambassadors and show our beautiful product range at its absolute best and booking design appointments for our expert Sales Design team, who then visit the customers at home and create innovative and inspiring designs.
The ideal Customer & Sales Advisor will not require any prior customer service experience, although it would be advantageous and preferably gained in a retail customer service environment. Be naturally engaging, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for home furnishings and design is an advantage but not essential.
