Are you an experienced Mortgage Administrator looking for a part-time role?

Would you like to work for a friendly and established financial planning firm that has a real family feel about it?

This is lovely opportunity to work part-time for a company in Hayle that cares about its people, has a great culture and lives by its core values. We'd like someone to work three days a week and we are open on the days so can fit around your requirements.

As a mortgage administrator at our firm, you will be providing a high-quality administration and support service to our mortgage adviser and our clients. This is a busy role liaising with lots of different people at third parties that we deal with, and you'll be speaking to our clients and supporting them through an extremely important time in their lives. We advise clients in all areas of mortgages and equity release - there will be plenty to challenge you!

Key duties:

Dealing with mortgage lenders and insurance companies and using their websites and online portals.
Liaising with clients, solicitor firms and estate agents by phone and in writing.
Writing suitability reports.
Working in a busy environment, using all your organisation and prioritisation skills to multitask and achieve tight deadlines.Benefits

Additional Information

Three days per week - days to be agreed, 9-5 with an hour for lunch. GBP12,000 per annum for a three day week. Pro rata holidays. Role is based in Hayle, West Cornwall.

Essential Skills

A proven track record of working in a busy mortgage administration role and experience in liaising with clients, mortgage lenders, and insurance companies.
A good knowledge of mortgage and protection policies.
An outstanding telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and able to multitask and stay focused under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Be positive and friendly and have 'can do' attitude.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
