Job title: Procurement Administrator (Part Time 20 hours)
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Monday to Friday (10am - 2pm)
Hourly Rate: GBP12.80 + Benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Procurement Administrator on behalf of our client based near Cambridge on a permanent basis. This is an office-based role and you will be providing general administrative support to the Procurement Team.
Please Note: You must have your own transport and previous administrative experience in Procurement.
Your duties as a Procurement Administrator:
Liaise with suppliers relating to forthcoming deliveries
Act as an interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders concerning outstanding orders
Enter ad-hock purchase requests into the data base
Maintenance of purchasing documentation
Support suppliers for any order/invoice queries
The ideal Procurement Administrator:
Strong IT Skills
Worked within a Procurement/Purchasing environment
Detail orientated with high level of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work under pressure
