Do you have payroll, pension and benefits administration experience?
Are you looking for a part time remote role?

If you can say yes to all the three questions above, then we have the perfect role for you.
Our client is a private investment company with around 85 employees, and they are looking for a part time experienced payroll and pensions administrator to join their team.
The role will include
* Preparing monthly payroll using Excel
* Setting up new employees
* Calculating payroll
* Updating the payroll provider with employee changes, deductions, and leavers
* Checking the summaries and data
* Process bank transfers
* Set up new employees with pension benefits
* Liaise with employees regarding pension changes
* Prepare P11Ds, update medical insurances
* Liaise with auditors relating to payroll and pension contributions
* Assist the FD with tax year ending and balancing procedures
The role will be 4 hours per day, 2 days a week.
For the handover you need to be available to work on Tuesdays and Fridays for 4 hours.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years payroll, pensions & benefits experience
CIPP certificate qualification is ideal
The salary is competitive plus bonus & benefits
