Contract/Commercial Litigation Lawyer

London based publishing house is seeking an experienced contract/commercial litigation lawyer or paralegal.

Working directly with the CEO and Finance Department, the job will in the main consist of debt collection within the UK and abroad.

Ability to issue and manage legal proceedings including production of witness statements, responding to defences, liaising with Counsel where necessary etc. will be a prerequisite.

The position is currently viewed as a flexible role, with you working from home, for a minimum of 3 days a week.

The salary is a pro rata £35,000 to £40,000 per annum and will be dependent on experience and actual days worked.
