Main Responsibilities:
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate will have experience with HR procedures and be able to juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports the management teams with HR responsibilities.
Complete pre-screening of applications, schedule interviews and prepare competency-based interview questions in line with the Job Specification
Prepare contracts, issue letters reflecting contractual changes, process starters and leavers
Manage and respond to all requests internally and externally, including external reference requests
Maintain the electronic and paper-based filing systems
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)We would welcome applications with the following skills; HR, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, IT Literate, Part Time, Admin, Personnel, Document Control, Recruitment, Onboarding, Contract Management, Communication, Planning, HR Assistant.

Essential Skills
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant role
Experience of CRM databases
Experience of HR processes and procedures
Microsoft Office - intermediate to advanced level (Excel - advanced level)
Fluent English both spoken and written is essential
