An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-organised and flexible individual to join the Guardians UK Agency, which provides a high quality, comprehensive Guardianship service to students whose parents reside overseas.

Based on site at Taunton School you will provide an efficient administration service to the two Guardians UK Managers, assisting with the recruitment and vetting of host families, the arrangement of student travel logistics, and other administrative tasks.

Your outstanding administrative skills and solid administrative experience, coupled with the ability to empathetic to the needs of young people will stand you apart from other candidates.

You will need to be flexible as the hours extend beyond a Monday-Friday working arrangement into out of hours and the school holidays as part of an 'on call' rota. The 'on call' elements are worked on a remote basis, however.
