Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of their client's busy call centre in Hemel Hempstead. Our client is a well-known company who are approaching their peak period, they are looking to grow their Customer Service team for candidates who are looking for full-time and part-time work.
To be considered for this role you must be flexible with working times and able to adapt to new rotas. The rota will change every 3 weeks and hours can be anywhere between:
Sunday to Thursday: 9:00am to 9:00pm
Friday: 9:00am to 10:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 9:00pm
Part time - flexible number of hours per week such as 16 hours, 20 hours, 30 hours etc.
Full time - 5 days per week (8 hours each day)
Job duties:
answering inbound calls from customers
taking customer bookings
checking booking availability
adding bookings to bookings system
changing existing customer bookings
attending training days provided by the company and learning new skills
The successful candidate will have/be:
available on either a full-time or part-time basis within the operating hours (stated above)
fluent English speaking and writing
hard-working and reliable
wanting to learn new skills
able to commute to Hemel Hempstead
Bonus & benefits:
Monthly bonus scheme - GBP250 per month
