Hours: We treat people in a grown up way - that's why we offer flexible hours. Want to come in late - no problem, want to leave early, again no problem. It's all about the work being done.

Home working: Our rather fabulous offices are open all week to every team member, but generally we work from home 3 days a week. We're a fab team who see the value in being together regularly, so you'd need to be able to commute to our Birmingham office (Colmore Row) on 2 set days a week.

Social stuff: We do all kinds of things, lunches, dinners, awards (cheesy but fun), team outings, feel good Fridays (we finish at 4:00pm and have a beer), quarterly incentives etc etc etc

Holidays: 26 days holiday (plus more each year) + bank holidays + the option to take another 3 unpaid. Not bad we think..

The role
Working with all of our team members you be speaking a wide range of candidates from the events industry, from entry level candidates looking for the first step in their career through to Director level.

Conducting extensive Zoom / Teams and telephone interviews you'll spend the time to understand their experience in detail and how we can help them meet their career aspirations.

Day to day responsibilities include:
- Calling through candidate shortlists to make contact and fully interview
- Writing up interview notes and updating our CRM
- Writing overview sheets which will be included in candidate submissions
- Utilising social media to identify candidates

What do we look for?
First it's about chemistry, we have a tight team so you'll need to be a people person who can enjoy (and add to) our friendly and supportive culture.

Second is experience. Candidates must have extensive experience as either a Consultant or Resourcer working within a recruitment agency, preferably within professional services. This position would be ideal for someone looking t use that experience on a part time or flexible basis.
