Opportunities have arisen for experienced Technical Administrator to join the Property Services, Maintenance Scheduling team. This role reports to an Operations Support Team Leader and works closely with the Work Planning and regional maintenance teams. With links across the business area and across L&Q. You will be responsible for the back-office administration supporting the Direct Maintenance service delivery in this essential support function. 

This is an opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated team in a fast paced role delivering professional and great customer service on a daily basis. Approaching tasks with energy and determination to get a positive outcome for our residents. You will be part of a sizeable team, and will contribute actively to a positive working environment, following organisational values (People, Impact, Inclusion, Passion and Responsibility) and Behavioural framework.

The team work on a rota basis Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday where required. Early shifts start at 7:30am and the latest finish time is 6.30pm

You will use a variety of systems to organise, plan and process data, providing relevant and current information for the Team. Accurate data entry and reporting will also be crucial to the role. Daily Task will include: answering the telephone, invoicing, managing mailboxes and answering queries and support our Direct Maintenance service. 

To be successful in this role candidates will:

·      Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including D365

·       To be organised and have a strong administration skills

·       Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication

·       Knowledge and experience within a similar role but not essential

·       Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service  

·       Be able to work independently and strive to deliver the service, bring ideas and efficiencies to the tasks
