You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship programme.


Skills and Experiences:
Experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
Ability to research and create marketing strategies/plans
Experience posting written marketing communications
Proficient on major social media platforms
Experience with PPC, SEO, Email Marketing and Web Analytics
In-depth experience on using a wide range of online marketing tools
Experience with data analysis across various tools to measure the success of campaigns, spot trends in data, etc.
Experience responding to enquiries on digital platforms and social media
Have an organised approach with the ability to handle a large caseload of learners
Strong written skills are essential due to the data recording/written feedback element of the role.
Ability to motivate learners as well as work to strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Ability to diagnose learner needs and adapt to their requirements in a remote environment
Guide and influence issue resolution
Strong planning and organising skills
Effective use of remote intervention
Skilled in delivering motivational, balanced and constructive feedback
Attention to detail with strong administrative skills
Able to manage own time and prioritise appropriately
