The Enablement and Consultancy team are on a mission to embed a data-literate culture across Sky, driving data democratisation, and establishing Tableau as the enterprise visualisation tool of choice. We're challenging the status quo to make enablement a breeze across the business to supercharge visualisation adoption.

What you'll do:

* Take a leadership role in our Tableau Centre of Excellence Community, contributing Blogs, sending out newsletters, arranging Tableau engagement events and building buy in with our stakeholders
* Optimise our supplier contracts working with external stakeholders to leverage their capability and support models
* Optimise internal license usage, engaging our License Pool Owners to actively manage local licenses and content
* Prepare our business for change, driving forward migration projects and identifying the support model required
* Process Improvement - build slicker, more efficient processes to ensure we can enable swiftly and drive-up Tableau advocacy within the business.

What you'll bring:

* Subject Matter Expert in, and advocate for, Tableau and Data Storytelling
* Relationship builder, getting things done through networks
* An eye for detail, forensically analysing the 'as is' baseline, challenging it, defining the future state and owning / taking accountability for getting there.
* Ability to business partner and drive internal customers through change cycles, with amazing stakeholder engagement and exceptional influencing and persuading skills
* Confident presenter, knows how to engage a senior audience (Head of, Director)
* Experience working in high demand environments delivering to targets & tight deadlines
