We are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a Part-Time basis (20-25 hours)

Our client is a family owned insulation solutions provider based in Norfolk.

The role includes:

?? Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes

?? Enter Supplier Invoices onto SAGE ensuring details are correct including invoice date and nominal codes

?? Reconcile supplier statements and entered onto Sage.

?? BACS Payments done in a timely manner

?? Raise Sales Invoices and check

?? Raise credit notes where necessary

?? Chase up and record late payments

?? General administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate:

?? Strong interpersonal skills

?? Organised, personable and flexible approach

?? Open and genuine team player

?? Flexible, part time hours

?? Previous experience in a similar role (1 year)
