A fantastic opportunity to join a successful, established company in their head office in Whiteley. You will be responsible for undertaking day to day accounts duties including matching invoices to purchase orders, gaining supervisor authorisation and allocating to correct jobs, ensuring all purchase invoices and input correctly and recorded on to Sage, reconciling invoices and reconciling supplier statements, as well as dealing with supplier queries by phone and email. You will also be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager where needed, as well as dealing with employee expenses.

The role can be full or part-time, circa 20 hours a week and upwards, the company can be flexible about how hours are spread, so happy to consider longer days or short days to accommodate school runs.

Ideally, you will have good experience as an Accounts Assistant and have experience using Sage Accounts. You will need your own transport (unless within walking distance) just due to a lack of public transport links in the area. It would be highly beneficial to be available immediately or at short notice, though this is not essential at all.
