We are currently seeking a Sales & Customer Advisor for our showroom based in Milton Keynes.

This is a Part-time role, working 21 hours per week over 3 days which will include weekend work.

As a Sales & Customer Advisor your responsibilities include:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers and delivering excellent customer service.

Demonstrating our beautiful home fitted furniture

Maintaining high showroom presentation standards

Booking appointments for customers

Helping the store achieve its targets

There is no direct selling involved, as the role of our showroom team is to be our brand ambassadors and show our beautiful product range at its absolute best and booking design appointments for our expert Sales Design team, who then visit the customers at home and create innovative and inspiring designs.

The ideal Sales & Customer Advisor will not require any prior customer service experience, although it would be advantageous and preferably gained in a retail customer service environment. Be naturally engaging, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for home furnishings and design is an advantage but not essential.

In return we offer a full induction programme, product training and support from your showroom manager. You will receive OTE of GBP13,209 through our attractive commission scheme and enticing incentives. Other benefits of becoming our Sales & Customer Advisor include:
