Our Client, a locally based family Chartered Wealth Management Firm, are seeking to offer this opening to an experienced Financial Administrator with experience of supporting Financial Advisors to meet their Clients' needs. Perfectly located close to all transport links, this friendly team of people, who genuinely look after their staff, have increased their workload hence requiring someone to manage their day to day activities.
The Role
This Firm provides a high-quality service resulting in strong Client retention and steady flow of referrals/recommendations so your role will heavily support them-
- Acting as first point of contact for Clients in the onboarding process
- Dealing with all non-technical enquiries, both in writing and verbally
- Preparing meeting packs and typing up follow up notes
- Completing application forms
- Assisting with diary management
- Recoding Client information for compliance purposes
- Organising post and paperwork, opening post and scanning
The candidate
To be considered for this role you will require-
- Already acquired experience as a Finance Administrator within Private Client Wealth
- Exposure to pensions, investments, and protection
- An organised manner with excellent time management skills and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
