Part-Time Marketing Manager - Luxe Gifting & Lifestyle Brand
Up to GBP40k (pro rata) + excellent bonus

This family-run, London based gifting and lifestyle brand has gone from strength to strength over the past 2 years. With a high-end London retail location, their website is the window to their world.
Their Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Marketing both on and offline - strategically working towards delivering year on year growth through creative digital and in-store marketing initiatives.
The Role:
*Manage all Marketing plans and budgets across all channel both on and offline.
*Support planning of website growth alongside budgets and business needs.
*Innovate and propose marketing plans. Consider newness, best sellers, store events, competitions.
*Competent in building and delivering and analysing e-mail marketing campaigns.
*Manage Web Assistant, ensuring they are growing and learning whilst adding value to the business.
*Optimise SEO.
*Manage and optimise translated versions of UK website, searching for growth.
*Constantly evaluate ways to improve the website via external sources & competitive analysis.
*Deliver weekly update on marketing performance / issues / objectives
The Candidate:
*Solid omni-channel marketing experience within a B2C environment (retail, e-commerce or brand)
*Excellent planning and data analysis skills.
*Ability to strategise and pitch ideas to senior leaders.
*Highly creative.
*Understanding and representation of brand attributes.
*Actively seeks self-development opportunities.
*Prepared to go the extra mile to achieve targets.
