K&T Heating provides gas compliance services for local authority and housing associations and is looking to employ Out of Hours Call Centre Agents, to work from their head office in Dartford.

We are looking for part time employees, to cover a range of shifts from 4pm - 9pm/5pm-10pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 8am-1pm/9am - 2pm and Sundays 8am-1pm. We offer flexible working hours to suit and therefore hours can range between 5 - 25 hours a week covering Monday-Sunday.

The role of our Out of Hours Call Centre Agent is to act as the main point of customer contact for servicing and responsive maintenance during out of hours periods. You will answer inbound calls from our customers and engineers, in relation to the repairs and servicing on our contracts, ensuring that our internal system is updated accordingly. The role also involves daily administration, therefore a knowledge of windows software, especially outlook, is a must.

You will have good communication skills and be able to communicate with a range of people, at different levels. Previous experience of working in a busy call centre is essential, along with excellent customer service skills. Working knowledge in the gas industry is not essential but would be desirable.

Due to location it is essential that the successful candidate holds a full UK driving license.
