This leading global property consultancy are looking for Digital content expert to join the content team as Digital Content Editor. The successful candidate will hit the ground running and be our digital lead for the in-house blog platform and have responsibility for the maintenance, development, and evolution of the website.

This person will work closely with the Content Team to develop the strategy for the website's Lifestyle and SEO focused content and have sound editorial judgement and a proven track record in a similar role or environment.

The Role:

*Commissioning content, managing the process and scheduling content to deliver engaging, informative content strategies that promote people, services or online and offline campaigns.
*Use in-house content systems to undertake website admin and optimisation tasks across the blog and website.
*Conduct quality-control checks for content submissions.
*Skilled at repurposing existing content and 'thinking outside the box' to deliver on-brand messaging that drives both traffic and brand engagement
*Write and edit copy for print, for all types of publications - from long-form luxury lifestyle features to short, snappy copywriting projects on an ad-hoc basis
*Exercise a high level of IT literacy, excellent command of the English language and proficiency in SEO. A clear understanding of what drives good traffic.
*Delivering time sensitive content for a highly targeted, weekly newsletter campaign and working with wider Marcoms / PR department to craft the editorial calendar.

The Candidate:

*Experience in all areas of digital content publishing, planning and editing (ideally B2B).
*Experience of writing and editing engaging content for various audiences and in various media (e.g. video, podcasts etc). A specific focus on optimised digital content is desirable.
*A sharp eye for editorial detail such as grammar and editorial structure
*Proficient with SEO best practice and has the ability to implement digital strategies
*A strong strategic mind when it comes to content - how can our products keep up with an ever-evolving market?
*Experience of using a CMS, editing images and some knowledge of coding HTML is ideal.
*Senior stakeholder experience.
*Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop etc) experience is desirable, but not essential.
