January start - Tuesdays and Wednesdays ongoing Team/Office Coordinator GBP10-GBP12 per hour - 8 hours per day.
A super opportunity for an experienced Team/Office Coordinator to provide ongoing part time support for the London office of this global talent management consultancy. Based in their offices in Clerkenwell on Tuesday's and Wednesday's you will be responsible for managing in-person and remote office administrative activities. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and possess a curious and resourceful nature. You will need to enjoy working independently, as well as in a team, ensuring the smooth running of this entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities are varied and include:
Managing vendors, ensuring adequate office and kitchen supplies.
Ensuring the office and kitchen are maintained to a high standard
Supporting the team with correspondence, invoices and expenses
Providing administrative support to the operations team.
Helping with creating and assisting with internal team building events.
Helping to organise external legal talent events
