Job Title: Recruiter - Executive Search
Location: This is an agile role, ideally based out of our Birmingham or Rushden offices with home working available and some travel to other offices and sites

We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, working on prestigious projects such as HS2 and Hinkley Point C. We are now recruiting for a dynamic new Researcher to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Birmingham/Rushden to support our Executive Search function.
Key Responsibilities
Providing regular market mapping for a range of senior level and hard to fill roles
Screening candidates to understand their aspirations, interests and requirements
Building and managing diverse talent pipelines, looking for the best talent within the construction industry and other sectors
Offering regular market intelligence to senior stakeholdersWhat do we need from you?
Previous experience providing market mapping and intelligence to senior leaders
Experienced in recruitment, preferably having worked either within an internal recruitment team or a leading recruitment organisation.
