Glints is expanding to UK and Europe and we want you!

We are looking for a people's person who has the charm of Casanova and the grit of Hercules to join us in our hustling as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will manage multiple clients simultaneously with competing priorities. Your primary goal is to keep track of our resourcing methods and ensure we're attracting the right clients.

This is a part-time role, suitable for candidates based in UK/Europe, and will be remote based (HQ: Singapore).

About You

Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of business development and client management. You're great at sourcing for leads, identifying problems and challenges, and preparing of proposals.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Business development to acquire new clients and build relationships
Account management with existing clients
Planning and Strategising proposals for clients
Creating content and executing plans for clients
Tracking data and providing insights on executed experiments
Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and candidates, and continually growing your network.
Coordinating and following up with the sourcing & marketing team regarding talent acquisition needs.

Hungry for learning and capable of working independently and in a team
Prior experience in business development and agencies highly preferred
Comfortable with the fast-paced for changes, uncertainties & challenges of a startup environment
Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating
