We recognise that successful job share Partners are committed to their joint success and this means you must plan, set goals, communicate effectively, measure accomplishments, and share the collective successes together.

For the success of the job share arrangement, it is essential that job share Partners have time when they can discuss work together, join relevant meetings together, as well as having time to handover work. An overlap period when both job share Partners are at work together has been built in, to ensure this is effective.

We understand the role the people manager has to play in supporting job share Partners and are committed to regular conversations with both Partners together, as well as individually.
