What we want you to know when considering this role as a job share:

We are committed to supporting the success of this role as a job share, and this will mean that we would expect the full responsibilities of the role will sit with both Partners. We believe the benefit of sharing the role will enable full coverage across the working week, and ensures stakeholders and the leadership of the team are supported.

We see many advantages that a job share will bring, including gaining two ways of thinking, two sets of enthusiasm and creativity, and two Partners committed to business success. In turn, we are committed to supporting you in making this share a success.

We recognise that successful job share Partners are committed to their joint success and this means you must plan, set goals, communicate effectively, measure accomplishments, and share the collective successes together.

For the success of the job share arrangement, it is essential that job share Partners have time when they can discuss work together, join relevant meetings together, as well as having time to handover work. An overlap period when both job share Partners are at work together has been built in, to ensure this is effective.

We understand the role the people manager has to play in supporting job share Partners and are committed to regular conversations with both Partners together, as well as individually. Your individual development is really important to us; we will support you both in developing your technical and leadership capabilities and in unlocking your individual potential and aspirations through personal development

Additional Information:

We occasionally close vacancies early in the event that we receive a high volume of applications. Therefore we recommend you apply as soon as possible.
