Are you an HR Advisor looking to work part time ?

We have a 12 month FTC for someone to join the Wales Division of this leading national charity.

You will be required to work 21 hours/week WORKING FROM HOME with occasional travel to offices in Cardiff and Wrexham. A COMPANY CAR IS PROVIDED.

Your CV should demonstrate experience of employee relations casework such as grievance, TUPE, disciplinary and capability. You will have a talent for HR training, experience of successfully advising and coaching line managers in all aspects of the employee life cycle and have a gift for communication and building strong relationships

You should also ideally be an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

This rewarding role is agile in nature with a blend of home working and regional travel on occasions. There is no office space for this role so you do need to be based in this area of the country.
