We are currently looking for talented Front of House Receptionists to work on a part time basis at some of our serviced offices in Warrington and Manchester. These roles will initially be temporary with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidates. Our Front of House Staff play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our reception area and overall building services and we are looking for people who understand the importance of providing a first class, five star service to our tenants, clients and guests at all times.
Our buildings operate between the ours of 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and we want people who are able to work a 4 or 6 hour shift within these hours. Flexibility is absolutely key to success in this role, as you will also be required to cover overtime especially over the Christmas and New Year period.
The role of Front of House Receptionist can be very varied, however, your main responsibilities will be:
- Opening/closing the buildings
- Responsible for the efficient running of the Reception area, providing professionalism and knowledge of each location
- Completing paperwork and reports as required
- Main point of contact within the building and answer any issues/queries in an appropriate and timely manner
- Maintaining the highest standards of security and understand the need for security and vigilance
- Understand the demands of tenants and the need for a 5 star service at all times
- Acting as ambassador for the company
- Efficiently report any cleaning, maintenance, IT or Health and Safety concerns to the relevant department
- Housekeeping duties within your Front of House role
- Monitoring car parks and offering assistance as required
- Dealing with all postal duties
- Answering the telephone and forwarding enquiries and messages
- General administration and ad-hoc duties as and when required
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Experience within a similar role would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident on IT - Excel is a must
- Ability to work independently, remaining focused and motivated
- Extremely well presented
- Positive person with a can-do attitude
- Willing and able to cover overtime and alternate shifts when required
- Flexible and pro-active approach
