Summary
Part time, 20 hours per week. Bank hours also available.

Surrounded by woodland, The Grove is home for 32 adults with physical disabilities. We overlook a lake and deer and peacocks often come to visit. We're a short drive away from Norwich city centre.

As a Cook with Leonard Cheshire you will play a key role in the preparation of meals, special events and functions, providing a high-quality kitchen service in our residential care home. Working within the constraints of the budget, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the kitchen and formal supervision of kitchen staff, delivering nutritionally balanced, varied and attractively presented meals.

You will:

Have experience working in a kitchen environment.
Have a recognised catering qualification (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate and additional HACCP accreditation or Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate, or commitment to work towards this).
Work flexibly within rostered hours.

This role is subject to the requirements of The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021.
