Your role will be critical in growing Sky as a best in class employer" - Head of Diversity and Inclusion SolutionsWhat you'll do:
- Collaborate with HR colleagues, both in the UK&I and other markets, to embed D&I into processes, policies and systems, making it a sustainable part of the 'way we do things' at Sky
- Coordinate and collaborate Sky's submissions for reporting and industry benchmarks and take full accountability for the Ofcom Diversity in Broadcasting report in the UK&I
- Manage and provide governance around the Group DI&W team's annual budget and forecasting in line with Sky's public commitments and beyond
- Align with the wider Talent and Diversity & Inclusion team to roadmap our team projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities for partnership
- Build, review and manage our external partnerships to ensure we maximise the opportunities with them as we strive to attract, develop and retain our best diverse talent.
- The ability to acquire new knowledge and build relationships across a complex business network to define D&I activity in partnership with subject matter experts in highly specialised areas and have impact in our external communities
- Strong project planning and program management skills, ensuring that collaboration is embedded into work, resources are effectively used and risks are managed
- Solid attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal, written, presenting) and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
