New opportunity available for a part time Reservations Executive, do you have high energy, are highly motivated, well organized, ambitious, and people orientated.

The Role:
* Increase the number of reservations
* Monitor distribution channels performance and channel management software accuracy
* Ensure monthly, quarterly, yearly targets are met
* Strategic planning with all departments to increase performance.
* Communicating and build relations with potential/current and previous guests
* Convert into customers potential travellers and website users
* Optimizing and updating adverts
* Negotiation and communication with the property owners
* Updating physical internet material to promote company identity and services
* Working within IT & Marketing Department assisting with website marketing strategies,
* Researching the market to support business decisions and company development
* Data entry
* Overall involvement and improvement of our day-to-day business operations.
* Must be comfortable and effective on the phone and have strong interpersonal skills.
* Prepare and structure the reservations team.

Skills Required:
* Willingness to work hard, a positive attitude
* Ability to learn a lot within a short amount of time is essential to this role
* Target driven
* Experience of meeting sales targets
* Fluent English reading / writing (second European language desirable)

The Package:
* Salary GBP9,600 starting as initially part time at the weekends.
