Purchase Ledger Clerk (Part Time) Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and recording invoices
  • Processing invoices and obtaining the necessary business approvals for payment
  • Matching invoices with their matching purchase orders
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Chasing approval
  • Working with suppliers
  • Processing expenses
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Processing payment runs
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Purchase Ledger Clerk (Part Time) Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Purchase Ledger
  • Strong Excel skills - ability to do V-look-ups and pivot tables
  • High attention to detail
  • Organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Supportive and reliable team member
