Recruitment Business Partner (Immediate start)
Location: Opportunity to work remotely with a base location at C&C Central Office at London Waterloo
Salary: GBP35,000 FTE (GBP28,000 pro-rata)
Job Type: 3-month FTC, Part-Time (4 days per week)

Your role
As a part of C&C's fantastic People Team, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to play an active role in recruiting across a variety of roles within our Care, Housing and our Central Office services. We're looking for someone to take ownership of managing the recruitment lifecycle whilst focusing on building strong internal and external relationships to engage and attract the best talent to the organisation.
About you
You will have strong recruitment experience, including demonstrable equivalent years of relevant experience in a demanding, fast-paced, innovative and customer-centric People Function. Experience interviewing with a keen focus on candidate experience and quality of service is a must. You will be used to working within fast paced environment coupled with a strong attention to detail and outstanding written and oral communication skills. You will need to be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and demonstrate sound reporting skills to support best recruitment practices and enable data driven decision making.
